TERMS OF USE

Goleonida is an independent, unofficial fan-made information and progress-tracking service for Grand Theft Auto VI. We may add, change, suspend or remove features and content as the site and the game evolve.

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. Goleonida is not directed to children under 13. If you are below the age at which you may independently consent to an online service where you live, you may use an account only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Usernames must not impersonate another person, mislead visitors, violate the law, infringe another party’s rights or contain abusive material. We may change or remove usernames that violate these requirements.

You must not:

• Break applicable law or infringe another person’s rights.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or non-public information.
• Introduce malware or bypass authentication, access controls or other security measures.
• Disrupt, overload, damage, probe or interfere with the service or its providers.
• Use automated collection in a way that violates these Terms or places an unreasonable load on Goleonida.
• Use the service to deceive, harass, threaten or harm another person.

Goleonida may contain story spoilers as well as game information, statistics, guides, opinions, estimates and calculations. Although we aim to be useful and accurate, game details can change and content may be incomplete, delayed, outdated or incorrect.

Goleonida’s calculated ratings and comparisons are not official game statistics unless a page explicitly says otherwise. You use the information at your own discretion.

Goleonida’s original software, site design, organization, branding and original written material belong to Goleonida or the relevant licensors. Subject to these Terms, you may access the site for personal use. You may not reproduce, sell or commercially exploit substantial parts of the service without permission, except where applicable law permits it.

Grand Theft Auto, GTA, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive and related names, logos, characters and game assets are owned by their respective rights holders. Their appearance on Goleonida does not imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement.

If you believe content on Goleonida infringes your rights, email goleonidavi@gmail.com and identify the protected work, the affected URL and a way to contact you.

Goleonida may use or link to third-party services. We do not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices, and your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, threatens the service or other users, or creates legal or security risk. You may stop using Goleonida at any time and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

Goleonida is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, error-free or accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Goleonida and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms as Goleonida or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated Terms here and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
