PRIVACY POLICY

Account information. When you register, we process your email address, username, account identifier and authentication information. Authentication is provided by Supabase. If you continue with Google, we receive account information Google makes available for sign-in, such as your email address, name and provider identifier.

Saved activity. When you use account features, we store the missions you mark complete, vehicles saved to your garage, vehicle reactions and associated timestamps.

Technical information. Our hosting, security, authentication and analytics providers may process your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic or security logs.

Analytics information. We use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the site. Depending on your location, consent choices and our configuration, this can include viewed pages, approximate location, device information, referral source and site interactions.

Local preferences. Your light or dark theme preference is saved in your browser’s local storage on your device.

• To operate, troubleshoot, protect and improve Goleonida.
• To understand traffic and how visitors use site features.
• To detect abuse, fraud, security incidents and technical failures.
• To respond to support, legal and privacy requests.

Goleonida does not sell or rent your personal data. We do not trade your email address, username, saved mission progress, garage items or vehicle reactions to data brokers or other companies.

We share information only as described in this policy - for example, with providers that operate Goleonida, when you direct us to, or when disclosure is legally required.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process account and saved-activity information to provide the service you request; essential operational and security information for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting Goleonida; non-essential analytics and advertising information with consent where required; and information when necessary to comply with law.

We use service providers to operate Goleonida, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Google for Google sign-in and Analytics, and hosting and delivery providers such as Vercel. These providers may process information for us under their own privacy terms and contractual obligations.

If advertising is enabled, Google and participating advertising partners may process device, cookie and usage information to deliver, measure and protect advertising, subject to your consent and choices where required.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the service, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell account information such as your email address or saved game progress, as explained above.

We use essential authentication cookies, browser local storage and Google Analytics technologies. Advertising technologies may also be used when ads are enabled. Details, purposes and available controls are explained in our Cookie Policy.

We keep account information and saved activity while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect it, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Analytics, security logs and backups are retained according to the applicable provider settings and operational requirements.

After a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize information that we are not required to retain. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are replaced.

Depending on where you live, you may be able to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a privacy-request decision.

To exercise a privacy right or request account deletion, email goleonidavi@gmail.com. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards for international data transfers.

Goleonida is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires a higher age to consent to an online service, users below that age may use an account only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information improperly.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as Goleonida, our providers or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above.
